TOEIC考試簡介
    
    TOEIC（Test of English for International Communication）是為母語不是英語的成年人設(shè)計的一種評估英語熟練程度的多項選擇英語測試。測試內(nèi)容包括在國際商務(wù)、貿(mào)易和工業(yè)領(lǐng)域內(nèi)的常用英語。但對應(yīng)試者不要求具備專業(yè)知識，也不需要知道商務(wù)專業(yè)詞匯，用真實的書面材料和對話來測驗商業(yè)英語水平，測試由聽力和閱讀兩部分組成，每一部分有100個問題。TOEIC考試是在各跨國公司里最廣泛使用的，用以衡量雇員英語熟練水平的工具。
    
    聽力部分的測試是靠聽錄音帶。聽力測試由四個部分組成。

    TOEIC測試的實際時間大約為兩小時。您還需要用時間在答卷上回答有關(guān)您個人情況的問題。因此，總的測試時間最長為三小時。聽力部分 45分鐘;閱讀部分 1小時15分鐘。TOEIC測試按照10分至990分的等級進行評分，就是聽力分?jǐn)?shù)加閱讀分?jǐn)?shù)后得出的總分?jǐn)?shù)。聽力5分至495分，閱讀 5分至495分，10分至990分，這項分?jǐn)?shù)是一種等級分?jǐn)?shù)，由學(xué)生在測試中所選擇的正確答案數(shù)決定。

    General Directions
    
    This is a test of your ability to use the English language. The total time for the test is approximately two hours. It is divided into seven parts. Each part of the test begins with a set of specific directions. Be sure you understand what you are to do before you begin work on a part of the test.
    
    You will find that some of the questions are harder than others, but you should try to answer every one. There is no penalty for guessing. Do not be concerned if you cannot answer all of the questions.
    
    Do not mark your answers in this test book. You must put all of your answers on the separate answer sheet that you have been given. When putting your answer to a question on your answer sheet, be sure to fill in the answer space corresponding to the letter of your choice. Fill in the space so that the letter inside the oval cannot be seen, as shown in the example below.
    
    Mr. Jones ________ to his accountant yesterday Sample Answer (A) talk (B) talking (C) talked (D) to talk (A)(B) (D) The sentence should read, "Mr. Jones talked to his accountant yesterday." Therefore, you should choose answer (C). Notice how this has been done in the example given.
    
    Mark only one answer for each question. If you change your mind about an answer after you have marked it on your answer sheet, completely erase your old answer and then mark your new answer. You must mark the answer sheet carefully so that the test-scoring machine can accurately record your test score.

    TOEIC測試指南
    
    請盡量使用英語。如果您打算參加 TOEIC測試，您應(yīng)該盡最大努力在工作中，以及在社交、旅行和其它日常生活中盡量使用英語。
    
    請仔細(xì)閱讀說明。在測試開始前，您將閱讀一套一般說明。您還將閱讀怎樣回答測試中每部分試題的具體說明。請認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)本書中的說明和問題舉例，以便您熟悉測試的形式。
    
    快速認(rèn)真地答題。當(dāng)您參加測試時，不要在任何一個問題上花太多的時間。要盡快答題。
    
    不要做記號。在考試過程中，不要在您的答卷或其它紙張上做任何記號。
    
    猜測答案。猜測答案不扣分。要盡量回答每一個問題。一些問題會比其它問題難答。您可能不知道每一個問題的答案。遇到這種情況時，您可以猜測答案。
    
    每個問題只選擇一個答案。如果您為某個問題選擇了一個以上的答案，即使其中一個答案是正確的，也將被計為答錯了。
    
    請遵循測試主考人的指示。如果您在測試中不遵守規(guī)則，您的分?jǐn)?shù)可能無效。
